About Us

The leadership, experience, and passion behind Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics.

Our Club

One Club, One Standard

Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics brings together several respected training sites under a single club identity. Each site keeps its own community and character while sharing the coaching standards, sportsmanship, and long-term athlete development that define PASA.

From first-time age group swimmers to national-level competitors, PASA athletes train with career coaches who have competed and coached at the highest levels of the sport — including Olympians, Olympic Trials finalists, and Pacific Swimming coaches of the year.

Club History

Built Together Since 2003

PASA was formed in fall 2003 by uniting established swim teams in the Palo Alto area. Today, five independently operated sites represent one PASA identity in competition.

Since 2003, PASA swimmers have added more than 220 performances to USA Swimming Top 100 lists across age groups, events, and courses.

Mission Statement

Our Mission

To provide a top-tier, highly recognized swimming program that develops strong, dynamic and successful individuals who positively affect their community.

Our Vision

Our Vision

To provide a positive, yet competitive environment structured by professional, highly-trained coaches guided by the long-term growth of the individual and the team, where each member of our organization is provided with the opportunity to excel and succeed to their highest potential through proper technique, confidence, and a love for the sport of swimming.

What We Stand For

  • Long-Term Development

Swimmers progress on a multi-year plan built around technique, training habits, and health — not short-term results.

  • Career Coaches

Every site is led by a director who has spent a career on deck, including Olympians and national-level coaches.

  • One Club Identity

Each site keeps its own community while sharing PASA's standards for coaching, conduct, and competition.

  • Sportsmanship First

We expect PASA athletes to represent the club with respect for teammates, officials, and opponents.
